Great job at Beeleigh  road. I still can’t believe you managed to take a constrained sloping site and create a detached house. Big thank you too for the ground workers who pretty much had to dig the foundations by hand. Plus no on site storage for materials. And all done with good humour, on budget and without complaint even when I suddenly asked you to collect and shoe in my infamous ex- display Shoreditch kitchen.
